Particle Components is a sole trader business operated by Andrew Burrows, 68 High St, Cottenham, CB24 8SA. We design and sell 3D-printed accessories for Wattbike Atom indoor cycling trainers. All products are sold via our eBay shop at ebay.co.uk/usr/bugsbugs.

2. This Website

This website (particlecomponents.com) is a product showcase only. No purchases are made through this website. All transactions are completed through eBay and are subject to eBay's own terms and conditions, buyer protection policies, and payment processing rules.

3. Products

All products are 3D printed. Product descriptions and images on this website are provided for information purposes and may differ slightly from the item received due to the nature of 3D printing and ongoing product improvements.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and may not reflect the current eBay listing price. The price charged will always be the price shown on the eBay listing at the time of purchase.

4. Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply to all purchases. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us via eBay messaging or by email at info@particlecomponents.com before returning the item. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

5. Liability

Our products are designed as accessories to complement your existing equipment. We accept no liability for damage to your Wattbike Atom or other equipment arising from improper installation or use of our products. Installation instructions are provided where applicable. If you are unsure about installation, please contact us before use.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
