Out-Front cycle computer mount for Wattbike Atom and Garmin
This neat computer mount replaces the small plastic part at the front of the stem on the Wattbike Atom and allows you to fit your cycle computer. I currently support both Garmin and Wahoo mounts and I make the bracket in 3 lengths. Standard puts the computer mount immediately in front of the wattbike, there is a +25mm option and a +50mm option to hold it further out - this is mostly useful if you are using the bracket with one of my handlebar adjuster knobs and need to make sure the computer and the knob don't overlap/clash - if you are unsure on what length you need then drop me a message and I will help.
Note: This out front mount works best when used without the Atom's tri-bars. There may not be sufficient room between the bars to twist larger computers in/out of the bracket.
Assembly and Installation
No assembly required. Installation requires tools (not supplied) and takes around 10 minutes. See the video for more info. The product comes with installation instructions and all the required fixings.
Sustainability
All my cycle computer mounts are 3D printed using a type of bioplastic called PLA which is a biodegrable polymer derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane rather than fossil fuels. PLA is the same plastic that is used to make the biodegradable cups knives and forks you get at festival food vans amongst other things so it is strong but compostable. Whatsmore I exclusively source my PLA from a UK company that makes PLA from recycled post-industrial waste, I post the item out in cardboard boxes and don't use bubblewrap. The insert that hold the computer is printed in nylon for strength and durability.
Shipping and Handling
I do not charge extra for postage. The product comes packaged in a slim box that will fit easily through most letterboxes. I post all orders out by first class post. Orders will usually be posted on next working day.
